Text Box: About the Program:
P.R.O.T.E.C.T., a self defense class for women, stands for “Personal Response Options and Tactically Effective Counter Techniques.”  The course is divided into two separate sections.  Those who attend the 3-6 hour course receive a certificate of attendance.
The class helps women prepare and deal with criminal acts that may be perpetrated against them.  This is achieved through a series of classroom lectures and various demonstrations.
