The Canfield Communications Center

The Canfield Communications Center (CCC) operates 24-hours a day as a 9-1-1 center and is housed inside the Canfield Police Department on Lisbon St. The CCC receives all police, fire, and medical calls for the city of Canfield and also receives calls for fire and medical emergencies in the township of Canfield. Radio dispatching for the Canfield Police Department and the Cardinal Joint Fire District also takes place in the CCC.  In 2008, dispatchers in the CCC answered over 25,000 phone calls, sent police officers on over 9,000 calls, and sent firefighters/paramedics on a total of 1,552 calls.
