The CCC always accepts applications for the position of part-time dispatcher. When positions open up, applications on file are considered. To become a full-time dispatcher, you must first pass a Civil Service Test. For information on upcoming tests, call Canfield Civil Service Commission at 330-533-1101.  All prospective dispatchers must undergo an extensive background check, a dispatch assessment test, psychological testing, polygraph testing, and interviews.
